7. <br />g. <br />Subd. 4; <br />other means to p-event display of any material other than the publication <br />title. <br />c.Other adult materials or services. Adult Uses - Accessory offering or <br />providing items that are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on <br />Specified Anatomical Areas or Specified Sexual Activities and that are not <br />specifically cited above shall comply with the intent of this section, subject <br />to the final approval of the City Council. <br />Adult Uses - Accessory shall be prohibited from external advertising and signing <br />of items that are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on Specified <br />Anatomical Areas or Specified Sexual Activities. <br />At the time of application for the Conditional Use Permit, any property that is to <br />be occupied by an Adult Use - Accessory must comply with all the current zoning, <br />health, fire, and building regulations that apply to the site and building <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this section is for any <br />reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this section. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have adopted this section and each subsection, <br />sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more <br />sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid.
