Hennepin County completed a road project which realigned CSAH 15 and the Tanager <br /> bridge.The existing CSAH 15 right of way is no longer needed to support the road improvement.The County has <br /> transferred this space to the City of Orono. <br /> We are not aware of any utilities located within the existing right-of-way/easements; however, we request your <br /> confirmation of this. Enclosed are copies of the proposed site plan. Please advise whether you have any <br /> objections to vacation of the areas shown. <br /> This item will be presented on the April 17, 2023 Planning Commission Meeting agenda for a public hearing. <br /> Receipt of your comments by or before Monday, April 10th would be appreciated.
