The purpose of the action item is to renew our DCP agreement with MnDOT. <br /> <br />2. Background / Summary. The City of Orono like other cities and Counties has an agreement with <br />MnDOT which allows for the facilitation of Federal Aid for transportation to be administered. These <br />agreements cover the roles and responsibilities associated with federal aid funds and allow for MnDOT to <br />act as a local agency’s agent in accepting these funds for construction projects. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation. I recommend approval of the attached agreement and resolution. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve resolution 7356 and the Delegated Contract Process (DCP) agreement with MnDOT. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
