Purpose. This application is requesting a hardcover variance for the construction of a new deck. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on January 6, 2023 and considered <br />to be complete on January 13, 2023. The original 60-Day review period expires on March 14, 2023. A 60- <br />day extension was administratively granted and therefore the application expires on May 13, 2023. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. At the March 13, 2023 meeting, the City Council reviewed this application <br />for a hardcover variance to allow a total of 27.9% hardcover on the property for the construction of a new <br />deck. Following the review, the Council voted 4-0 on a motion to direct staff to draft a resolution for <br />approval. <br /> <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
