I am aware that Roy Ahern also has a structure westerly of <br /> his home which he refers to as the "guest house" . <br /> 4. I make no claim of ownership to that guest house nor do I <br /> claim any right to use that guest house. <br /> 5. I am aware that Mr. Ahern has remodeled and refurbished that <br /> guest house and has built a deck on it. <br /> 6.
