URBAN INDUSTRIAL LAND USE Orono's Industrial Park along Highway 12 west of Long Lake is planned to continue as the only appropriate area for industrial-type activity in the City. Adequate transportation including rail facilities are available as is municipal water and sanitary sewer. The area is remote from extensive residential development. Accessory functions such as office buildings will be permitted in the industrial area. The 44-acre Industrial Park currently has some potential for additional dgvglOPntg Dl as well as redevelopment.
