The survey is being conducted <br />by the House Committee on Local Government and Metropolitan Affairs. The Committee wants <br />each city to complete one anonymous form and return it by August 23. Please review the survey and <br />provide comments to me regarding your thoughts about the City's responses. I will then summarize <br />the responses, and either reflect them in a completed survey or provide them to the Council for <br />discussion at a work :ssion. <br />• i
