Mr. Hollander believes he is <br />being harassed by the complaints of his neighbors to the City, and by the City in response to the <br />complaints of the neighbors. <br />The City Building and Zoning staff have experienced ongoing problems regarding general <br />maintenance of the property at 200 Hollander Road. The attached memo from Lyle Oman, the City's <br />Building Official, outlines the types of violations the City has been addressing with Mr. Hollander. <br />Mr. Hollander's response to the City's enforcement efforts has been slow, which has required <br />ongoing contacts with Mr. Hollander by City staff. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />No action required.
