To; Chris Pemce, Orono Septic Inspector,
The purpose of this letter is to make known our intent to up grade the existing
septic system on our property which has been judged non>compliant. In June
1997 we began by having a Site Evaluation for a Mound Septic System
completed and paid for. it was at that time we found that there was only one site
suitable and that was in our front yard. I have furnished a copy of that evaluation
to you. at that time you made know your concern that there was not an Alternate
Mound System site suitable on our property. Thus, this leads us to the subject of
our desire to hookup to the sewer line on North Brown Road that runs directly in
front of our property. The date of December 31, 2002 was on the last septic
report for correcting our non-compiiant system and that seems reasonable to my
vtrife and I if we are allowed to connect to the sewer line.
It has always been our intention to cooperate on this considerable financial
matter.
Best regards,
LYLEP.C05C
926 NORTH BROWN ROAD
LONG LAKE, MN 55350
Copy; Gregory Gappa, Director of Public Services
