staff Recommendation <br />Staff is recommending approval of the lot line rearrangement as proposed based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Applicant shall dedicate drainage and utility easement along interior property lines. <br />Applicant shall provide to the City any documentation relating to easements on both <br />properties. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On a vote of 6 to 0 to approve the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement based on the conditions <br />noted above in the Staff Recommendation. <br />Council Action Requested <br />To adopt or amend the attached resolution.
