It is the intent of the applicants to gain an additional 17' of frontage along Orono <br />Orchard Road to allow for an addition of living space to the home. The lot line rearrangement would <br />involve a land swap of approximately 2,500 s.f of land from each property to the other. Please refer <br />to the enclosed survey illustrating the existing and proposed lot arrangement. <br />Both properties are part of the Orono Orchard sewer expansion this year. Septic testing and setbacks <br />are not an issue for either property.
