2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />Property owners apply for a land alteration permit and building permit for the <br />construction of the stairway, retaining walls and grading on the property. <br />Any amendments to the restoration plan may require further Planning Commission and <br />City Council review. <br />The trees shall be planted to the size and types indicated on the most revised site plan, <br />dated August 19, 1999. <br />Tree restoration shall be complete no later than June 15,2000. <br />Erosion control measures shall remain in place until restoration is complete and Staff <br />authorizes removal. <br />The Agreement shall continue with the property upon any future sale while subject to the <br />Restoration Agreement. <br />8.
