The applicant has requested a three lot subdivision of a 6.3 acre <br />lot. Proposed three lots would be located on North Arm of Lake Minnetonka and have access from <br />Tonkawa Road. <br />As shown on the property survey (Attached Exhibit D) the lot is developed as a single residential site <br />with a tennis court, driveway and paved walk to the lake. Applicant has indicated all existing <br />structures and hardcover will be removed from the property. It has been several years since the <br />property has been used for residential purposes.
