The proposed location of the accessory building is vrould not appear to detract from adjacent <br />properties. As a matter of&ct the garage would be located further ^mOrono Orchard Road. The <br />Whiteley's do not intend to change access to the property with the new structure. The applicants <br />have not submitted elevation views of the garage, but it is assumed the building would not require <br />a height variance.
