On a through lot, both street lines <br />shall be firont lot lines for applying the Zoning Chapter.) <br />Section 10.28 — One Family Rural Residential Zoning District <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 10 ~ All accessory buildings on through lots located in "R" Districts shall <br />require a conditional use permit. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval on a vote of 6 to 0 to grant a conditional use <br />permit to allow the applicants to construct a detached garage on a through lot based on the location <br />shown on the site survey submitted by the applicant and the existing garage will be removed upon <br />completion of the new building. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To adopt the resolution approving a conditional use permit for an accessory structure on a through <br />lot.
