This is a permanent plant closing and will affect <br />all of WSI’s shop employees and most office employees. There are no bunding rights for office <br />employees in connection with this plant closing, but unionized shop en^loyees may have <br />bumping rights, within the closing facility, according to seniority pursuant to a collective <br />bargaining agreement with WSI. Local 970 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, <br />Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America represents WSI’s shop en^loyees.
