Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />COOWCII. ^l1PFTING <br />SEP 1 3 1999 <br />CITY OF OhUimo S’’D ! <br />Ol 1 I w .*:o <br />Re: Closing of Long Lake Facility of WSI Industries, Inc. <br />Dear Mayor Jabbour: <br />The management of WSI Industries, Inc. has determined to close WSI’s facility at 2605 West <br />Wayzata Boulevard, Long Lake, MN 55356. This is a permanent plant closing and will affect <br />all of WSI’s shop employees and most office employees. There are no bunding rights for office <br />employees in connection with this plant closing, but unionized shop en^loyees may have <br />bumping rights, within the closing facility, according to seniority pursuant to a collective <br />bargaining agreement with WSI. Local 970 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, <br />Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America represents WSI’s shop en^loyees.
