A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />ORONO HOCKEY BOOSTERS, INC. FOR <br />A ONE DAY OFF-SITE GAMBLING PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. are licensed to conduct lawful <br />gambling activities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. proposed to conduct a one day oflf-site <br />gambling activity (raffle) as part of its annual pancake breakfast at the Orono High School on <br />January 23, 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. is required to obtain approval of the <br />oflf-site gambling activity from the city in which the activity will occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Orono City Council does hereby <br />approve the application of the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. to conduct a one day oflf-site gambling <br />activity (raffle) at the Orono High School on January 23, 2000. <br />1999 <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the Orono City Council this 13 th day of September, <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Linda S.
