VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays <br />0. <br />Flint moved, Kelley seconded, to authorize advertising for bids for the Mn/DOT <br />Cooperative Agreement project for the closure of the TH12/Stubbs Bay Road <br />intersection. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />(#11 A) APPROVE EASEMENTS STUBBS BAY ROAD CUL-DE-SAC <br />Moorse stated that two easements are required to construct the Stubbs Bay Road Cul-de-Sac. <br />Kelley moved, Peterson seconded, to authorize payment of $1,200 to Kevin & Diane <br />Holmes for an easement to construct the Stubbs Bay Road Cul-de-Sac. <br />Kelley moved, Peterson seconded, to authorize payment of $1,050 to Robert & Summer <br />Taylor for an easement to construct the Stubbs Bay Road Cul-de-Sac. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br />(*#12) ADVERTISE FOR VACANCY ON PARK COMMISSION <br />Sansevere moved, Kelley seconded, to authorize staff to place a news release in the local <br />newspapers announcing the Park Commission vacancy. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />(*#13) RECONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCEL - RESOLUTION NO. 4340 <br />Sansevere moved, Kelley seconded, to approve Resolution No. 4340 reconveying the tax <br />forfeit parcel with PID #35-118-23 41 0010 to the State of Minnesota for acquisition by <br />the DNR.
