The change order is for <br />increased costs for site restoration. Additional sodding, and street and driveway repair was <br />required for project completion. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve Change Order /^l, to GHT Construction for increased costs for site restoration <br />in the amount of $1,391.00. <br />Motion to approve Request for Final Payment, to GHT Construction in the amount of $5,504.00,
