The original assessment roll contained approximately 800 properties. Sixteen <br />properties were missed and will need to be included in a revised assessment roll. These properties <br />will be assessed $350 at 6.5% interest over five years the same terms as the other properties in <br />the project area <br />An assessment hearing will need to be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on October <br />11th. We are recommending approval of the attached resolutions ordering preparation of the <br />revised assessment roll and scheduling the assessment hearing. <br />COUNCIL ACTION RTOIESTED: <br />Approve resoluuv.,« aruering preparation of a revised assessment roll for the Navarre Water <br />Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project <br />Approve resolution scheduling an assessment hearing for October 11th at 7:00 p.m.
