Completed application for private road name, <br />H.Signed and executed covenants for protection of drainfield sites, inchiding a <br />map defining the location of the drainfield sites. <br />I. Vegetated buffer drainage easement including a map defining said easements, <br />3. FEES TO BE PAID: <br />A. Final plat fee: $200.00. <br />B. Legal review and filing fee: $200.00. <br />C.
