EXHIBIT A <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 118 North Range <br />23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, except the South 260 feet of the East 310 feet thereof, <br />also except that part of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter which lies <br />northeasterly of the following described line; Commencing at the Northeast comer of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence south along the East line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 426 feet to the point of beginning <br />of the line being described; thence westerly, deflecting right 103 degrees 20 minutes a <br />distance of 560 feet; thence northerly to a point in the North line of said Southeast Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter distant 730.04 feet west of said Northeast comer as measured along <br />said North line, and said line there ending. <br />ALSO that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying West of the East 730 <br />feet thereof, and lying southerly of the southwesterly right-of-way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railway, (formerly the Great Northern Railway), Section 32, Township 118 North, <br />Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian.
