A copy of the proposed plat has <br />been attached to the draft resolution for your review. The City Council tq)proved the preliminary plat <br />for Jim Deanovic for property located on the west side of Stubbs Bay Road. Plat will consist of 7 <br />lots in the RR-1 A Zoning District to be served by a private road located within Outlot A to be known <br />as 'Jacobs Mill Road'. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />All the lots meet the zoning district requirements for developments in the RR-1 A zoning district. <br />Staff is recommending approval of the application based on the conditions noted in the attached <br />resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To approve or amend the enclosed resolution approving the final plat of Jacobs Mill and naming the <br />private road within Outlot A 'Jacobs Mill Road'.
