STAFF RECOMMENDATION J <br />Staff is recommending approval of the attached resolution for Final Plat of Crystal Bay Preserve <br />subject to a final Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control plan approval by the City Engineer and <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, and all documents noted in the Preliminary and Final Plat <br />resolutions are in a format found acceptable to the City Attorney. All conditions must be met by the <br />subdivider prior to releasing the plat for recording. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed resolution to approve the plat of Crystal Bay Preserve, and approval <br />for the naming of the private road to be developed within Outlet A as Deer Run Trail East.
