Plan B Improvements. With respect to Plan B Improvements, the City: <br />(1) will review and approve construction plans. <br />(2) will review and approve the securing of all required permits. <br />will make inspections for construction monitoring purposes <br />consistent with standard City policies and practices for public <br />improvement projects of construction progress, methods and <br />materials. <br />(4) will make final job inspections. <br />(5) will review and approve as-built drawings and service ties. <br />8. Fcc.s and Expenses . The Subdivider agrees to pay all City fees required per the <br />current City fee schedule and other City ordinances. <br />Home Owners Association. Subdivider agrees that a Declaration of Covenants and <br />Conditions, acceptable to the City, that regulates the use of the property through a <br />Homeowners Association, will be placed in force upon recording of the final plat, <br />and that each of the purchasers of the lots of the subdivision will be subject to the <br />obligations and restrictions within that document. <br />10. Special Provisions. Subdivider agrees to all other special provisions and <br />requirements as set forth below: <br />A. Building Permits. <br />(1) No building permits shall be issued until after final plat approval and <br />recording.
