B. <br />The subdivider shall further comply with applicable requirements of <br />the MCWD, DNR, and Army Corps of Engineers for wetland <br />restoration on the subject property. <br />Construction Plans and Approval Thereof. The Subdivider has engaged <br />at Subdivider's expense a Minnesota registered civil engineer to prepare <br />detailed plans and specifications for the complete installation of all Plan A <br />Improvements in accordance with City standards, including preparation of <br />estimates, special contract provisions, preparation of proposal forms and <br />designation and description of all necessary temporary and permanent <br />easements. Such plans and specifications are based upon such engineering <br />surveys, including such soil borings and material tests as were determined to <br />be necessary by the City Engineer. Such plans have been submitted to the <br />City and include the following: <br />1. "Construction Plans for Sewer, Water Main, Storm Sewer and <br />Streets for Lake Minnetonka Woods, Orono, Minnesota" by <br />Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dated 5/14/99, most <br />recent revision date 7/29/99. <br />"Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan" by Westwood <br />Professional Services, Inc. dated 4/9 99, most recent revision <br />date 7/9/99. <br />"Lighting Plan" by Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dated <br />7/9/99. <br />The above plans are on file at the City Administrative Office, have been <br />conditionally approved by the City Engineer in his letter dated August 9,1999, <br />and are subject to final approval of the Public Ser\ ices Director prior to the <br />start of construction of the Plan A Improvement. <br />The Subdivider through his engineer shall provide for competent daily <br />inspection of all Plan A Improvements, both public and private. Inspection <br />report copies shall be provided by the Subdivider’s engineer to the City <br />Engineer and Director of Public Services on a weekly basis. As-built <br />drawings with service and valve ties on reproducible mylar and certifications <br />by the Subdivider’s engineer of completion and compliance with specifications <br />approved by the City shall also be delivered to the City in the form and content <br />approved by the City and shall be approved by the City Engineer and Director <br />of Public Services. <br />3.
