A key concern of the Council, and <br />condition of the approval, was that the provision of sewer service not result in an increase in density <br />beyond the current two dwelling units on the property. The Council also directed that with the <br />extension of sewer, an existing out-house on the property be removed. The attached resolution <br />reflects these concerns and conditions. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution regarding the extension of municipal sanitary sewer service <br />to the property at 2090 Shoreline Drive.
