This development is located on the southeast shore of Stubbs Bay and <br />the north shore of Maxwell Bay off of Fox Street. <br />This report describes the sanitary sewer improvements necessary to provide municipal sanitary sewer <br />service to this area. Cost estimates for the proposed improvements are presented in the Appendices. <br />We would be pleased to discuss this report further with the City Council or City staff at any mutually <br />convenient time. <br />Respectfully submitted. <br />BONESTROO.
