#2308 - Brook Park Realty/Tonka Ventures <br />August 19,1999 <br />Page 4 <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Subject to stair confirmation that all conditions have been met prior to the Council meeting, it is <br />requested that Council adopt the attached Resolution approving a CUP for Planned Residential <br />Development and approving the plat of Lake Minnetonka Woods. <br />It is further requested that Council authorize staff to issue building permits for the two buildings <br />nearest existing Livingston Avenue prior to completion of road and utility improvements, and to <br />likewise authorize commencement of site grading prior to recording of the plat.
