Council granted <br />preliminary plat approval for this development on February 22nd, 1999 per Resolution No. 4240 and <br />subject to a Subdivider's Agreement dated March 8,1999. Over the last two months the developers <br />have been working with staff and the City Attorney to complete all requirements for final plat <br />approval. As of this writing it appears all requirements of the City either have been met or will be <br />met before the August 23rd Council meeting, as noted in the attached Resolution prepared for <br />Council adoption (Exhibit A). Staff recommends final plat approval subject to all conditions being <br />satisfied prior to the meeting. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The subdivision will accommodate 29 tONvnhome uiiits in five 4-unit buildings and three 3-umt <br />buildings on this 10-acre site. The subdivision inv<>lves the westward extension of Livingston <br />Avenue, ending approximately 130' short of the property's west boundary. A cul-de-sac will be <br />located just east of the northerly wetland on the site. Outlot B for future road cxiension to the west <br />boundary has been platted, and its future development will not occur without Council approval.
