Therefore, <br />the applicants voluntarily reduced the garage to 25' x 30' (750 s.f.) which eliminated the need for the <br />side yard variance. The new garage will back up to the easement, will be 25' deep, and then have <br />a 53' bituminous driveway, 26.5 feet wide at the garage doors.
