Addendum §5 <br />Job Description and Resume of ClCC Coordinator <br />The CICC coordinator facilitates the collaboration of numerous community groups — <br />education, business, faith communities, social service agencies and community <br />members — for the purpose of building assets for families and children in accordance <br />with the CICC by-laws. <br />The coordinator: <br />■ provides leadership to the Collaboration Council, <br />■ motivates community members to work collaboratively, <br />■ designs and maintains an effective public relations program, <br />■ manages the budget, <br />■ writes grants, <br />■ facilitates and trains Council and community members in asset building. <br />Carol Bergenstal was hired as Coordinator of the Communities in Collaboration Council <br />in June 1999. She comes to the CICC from her most recent position as development <br />director for the non-profit social service agency. Interfaith Outreach & Community <br />Partners. Ms. Bergenstal has a long history of community involvement with the school <br />and faith communities. She is a member of the Wayzata Rotary. Ms. Bergenstal has a <br />BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
