(Sec <br />Enclosed Site Plan - Exhibit B). The proposed residence (Elevation Views - Exhibit C) requires <br />multiple variances for lot area and width, hardcover in the 0'-250' setbacks, lakeshore setback, rear <br />yard setback and a Conditional Use Permit for Land Alteration in the 75* Lakeshore Setback. <br />Proposed change in grade within the lakeshore setback would allow for a walkout within the lower <br />level. Total excavation of the site is 124 cubic yards of soil, all within 75' of the lakeshore. The <br />proposed cut calculations are shown on the survey. <br />This is a unique property as it is located with lakeshore on both sides of the property.
