Specktor <br />On February 25, 1999,1 foUo'wed up on my letter of February 18, 1999, to lA:c Van <br />Zomeran about the applicability of Qrono's local ordinances to the planned state conveyance to <br />X^onsridge. Liz explained that she saw no problem and agreed that the city would not need to <br />approve the conveyance. I advised her that I had also heard from Heimepin Coimty Taxpayer <br />Services on this issue and that they saw no problem and would create the subdivision. <br />She said that she would like the planning department to be aware of this matter and <br />involved in any development of die site by Longridge.
