The conveyance by fhc State is less dian the whole trail parcel
which ia owned by the State. While there may be state and local condUions/rcstrictions on such a
subdivision, it has always been the position of thia office that such controls have no application
to the State of Minnesota. The purpose of this letter is to receive conflsiziation ftom you ttol
neither such state nor local controls wilt affect thia conveyance.
1 would ask that you please review dte above discussion and conflim for me that the State
conveyance will not be delayed for any reason associated with a transfer of less than the 0¥vner*s
whole parcel. If I can answer any questions, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Thank you fbr your cooperation and urtderstanding in this regard.
Very truly yours.
BkUCTA.
