A stormwater management plan is required for all Class III <br />subdivision applications (two full size, to scale drawings or plans and one reduced 11 "XI7” <br />copy. A certified professional engineer registered in the State of Minnesota shall certify all <br />plans submitted to the City. It is recommended that applicant also file for a permit with the <br />MCWD for the stormwater management plan. <br />Plans submitted to the City shall include the following information: <br />7.
