A water quality pond should be constructed on Lot 1 or Lot 7 to treat water <br />from the site prior to discharging into weOand LC-C-32. A drainage area map, storm sewer <br />and ponding calculations should be provided with the final plan set Final plans should be <br />submitted to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District for their review. <br />4. Easements: Final platting should include 33 feet of dedicated right-of-way for Stubbs Bay <br />Road. Drainage and utility easements should be provided 5 feet wide along all interior lot <br />lines and 10 feet wide along the roadway right-of -ways. Drainage easements should be <br />provided aaoss all wetland, drainage way and pond areas. <br />5. Financial Guarantee: When the plans have been completed we will prepare an estimate of <br />the total co^ for the site improvements to determine the amount of the financial guarantee <br />required.
