Tanks should be pumped out as soon as possible. <br /> System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be pumped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 I,�ection risers m_i_ssing=tanks could not be ins ted. Contact the City Inspector <br /> immediately.
