RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ORONO <br />TO APPROVE MN/DOT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />FOR STUBBS BAY ROAD CLOSURE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono desires to complete a project using Mn/DOT <br />Cooperative Agreement funding for pavement rehabilitation and closure of the TH12/Stubbs Bay <br />Road intersection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED that the City of Orono enter into <br />Mn/DOT Agreement No. 79135 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the <br />following purposes; <br />To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the <br />excavation, bituminous reclamation, aggregate base and bituminous surfacing construction <br />and other assodated construction to be performed along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. <br />12 on Stubbs Bay Road from Engineer station O+SO to Engineer station 38+00 within the <br />corporate City limits under State Project No. 2713-79. <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized <br />to execute the Agreement. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota on the 26th day of July, <br />1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
