The alley is only 1 O' in <br />width, and is not feasible as a public access to Saga Hill. The City plans to gain a <br />new easement at some point in the future. The land being vacated within the alley <br />will be given to the adjoining property owners, and the City will not be taking any <br />of the vacated alley.
