The City's current office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 <br />p.m., Monday - Friday. Staff is proposing the following office hours schedule for the remainder of <br />die summer: <br />7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday; and <br />7:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m., Friday. <br />If the Council approves the proposed office hours schedule, a notice of the new schedule will be <br />posted at the City facilities' entrance lobbies, and a news release will be placed in the local <br />newspapers, indicating the new schedule will begin on Monday, July 19 and end on Friday, <br />September 3. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion regarding the proposed extended office hours schedule.
