A resolution <br />ordering preparation of plans and specifications is attached for Council consideration. If a decision <br />to proceed with the project is made, the proposed schedule would be for project design this year <br />and construction in 2i mil <br />The intent is to sell bonds in 2000 to finance this project. The recommendation of our bonding <br />consultant, to meet Federa’ tax law requirements, is that if preparation of plans and <br />specifications is ordered that the motion also include a statement regarding the proposed <br />construction and bonding schedule for this project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve resolution ordering the preparation of plans and specifications for the Weber <br />Hills Sanitary Sewer Project with project construction and bonding to be completed in 2l III
