There is sufficient space on the tower, and the antenna <br />is compatible with the antennas already in place on the tower. The City will charge an annual fee <br />of $5,700 for the space on the tower, and additional space on the ground for a control cabinet. <br />Bell South has requested conceptual approval of the antenna installation prior to moving to the next <br />step, which is finalizing the lease agreement. The lease agreement will be brought back to the <br />Council for final approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the installation of a whip antenna for paging services on the City's Navarre water <br />tower by Bell South, subject to working out a lease agreement acceptable to the City and Bell South.
