ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES FOR APRIL 19,1999 <br />(#247r13eorge Stlckney, continued) <br />Stickney commented that it was their goal with this sutxiivision to preserve th^atural features of the <br />property as n^^ as possible, noting that they will require a covenant that ai^ trees removed as <br />part of the development will need to be replaced. <br />Hawn inquired whe^r there were any public comments regarding this^piication. <br />Pat Dougherty, Old C^y^al Bay Road, stated he has no particular ^culties with this proposed <br />subdivision, but expresses concern over the amount of land d^loped to the north and the <br />Increased water runoff proNems they have been experiencing ^ce that time.
