A maintenance contract v.’ould then be rerivired fr»r an annual <br />service check and any emergency repairs for a fee of $387.00, <br />Request for Purchase <br />I would like to request the purchase of the ABR-2000 Reader/Printer at a cost of $2,913.00. A <br />maintenance agreement is also appropriate after the 180 day warranty expires at a cost of $387.00 <br />per year. The maintenance agreement on our current machine should not be renewed. There is no <br />trade-in value for our current machine. Bell & Howell would take the machine or we could keep <br />it. We may want to consider adding it to the next police auction. <br />s
