Council adopted Ordinance #188, 2nd Series approving the 1997 <br />Uniform Building Code fee schedule, and directed staff to prepare an amendment of the 1999 Orono <br />Fee Schedule to reflect an increase of approximately 11% in building permit fees from the 1994 <br />Uniform Building Code fee schedule . Attached is the proposed ordinance reflecting the changes <br />in permit fees related to the 1997 Uniform Building Code fee schedule. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached ordinance amending the 1999 Orono Fee Schedule to reflect an increase <br />of approximately 11% in building permit fees per the 1997 Uniform Building Code fee schedule.
