This revised draft incorporates a number of changes from the <br />initial draft provided to Council prior to the May 24 meeting. <br />The revisions are highlighted in Exhibit B in underline/strikcout format for you to compare the two <br />drafts. <br />The draft incorporates certain changes requested by the Club, but not necessarily all the changes <br />requested by the Club. City Attorney Tom Barrett has assisted staff in the redrafting of this <br />Resolution to as accurately as possible reflect the Council's intent and action at the May 11 meeting. <br />\ . <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Review the attached resolution and either adopt or amend as Council determines is appropriate.
