9. <br />6. The completion of the platting process is subject to approval of the City of <br />Medina. <br />7. No park dedication fee is required in conjunction with this plat because no new <br />residential building sites are being created. <br />0. County Road 6 and Tamarack <br />Drive from East Long Lake Road to the City border, except where said easement <br />must be wider to accommodate a trail, in which case the easement shall be <br />defined on a Certificate of survey ^ be supplied for Council approval final to <br />release of the plat for filing. <br />Prior to City release of the plat for filing, all requirements of the Trail Agreement <br />(Exhibit D of Resolution No. 2902) shall be completed. <br />Prior to Qty release of the plat for filing, applicant shall provide evidence of fee <br />ownership of the property in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, shall provide <br />certified copies of all existing easements affecting the property, and shall meet any <br />other title requirements as may be required by the City Attorney. <br />Applicant shall provide all documents noted in this resolution in a format <br />acceptable to the City Attorney prior to release of the plat for filing. <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorders Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before December 14, <br />1999 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of <br />the eascm«'nts, deeds and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date <br />specified above.
