STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the variances to allow garage and residential additions to <br />property located at 500 Orono Orchard Road based on the following; <br />1. 1 he lot was developed prior to the adoption of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />2. The location of the garage on the alley is more desirable than the existing situation <br />which requires the property owners to back out dirctly in vehiclur traffic on <br />Dickenson Street. <br />3.The existing garage is located over the property line.
