Carlson (hereinafter "the subdivider”) on March <br />22/ 1991 filed 6 revised formal subdivision application with the City for <br />approval of a 12~lot residential plat of property legally described as <br />follows: <br />Exhibit Af attached/ (hereinafter "the property") and? <br />HBBREAS, after due published and mailed notice, in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statues 462.358 et. seq, and the City of Orono Zoning and <br />Planning Codes/ the Orono Planning Commission held public he.arings on March <br />18/ 1991 and March 20, 1991 and the Council on April 8/ 1991 at which times <br />all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were .given the <br />opportunity to spea)c thereon; and <br />WHEREAS/ at their regular meeting held on April 8/ 1991, the <br />Orono City Council considered the amended subdivision application of 12 <br />lots, noting the following findings of fact: <br />1. The property is located within the RR-IB Single Family Rural <br />Residential Zoning District requiring a minimum of 2 acres of <br />contiguous dry buildable land within each newly created lot. <br />2. The subdivision as.amended from the original 16-lot proposal findf <br />that each lot meets or exceeds the 2-acre minimum dry contiguous lo <br />area standards. <br />3.
